Peace
When I think of peace, I think of happiness. People who are happy with where they are in life are more likely to be peaceful with one another. Also when i think of peace I think of getting along and being non-violent. this relates to the term "World Peace" which basically means a world with no hate, everyone getting along and becoming one nation. One last thing I think of when I hear peace is security. For people to be peaceful I believe they need to feel safe where they're at and also to have peace at mind. Peace is something that everyone wants to have.

Very well thought out. I like how you used your own words in this specific aspect and "World Peace" definitely takes a huge part in our daily lives.
ReplyDeleteI think security is a way of finding peace so I completely agree with you. If we feel safe and find comfort somewhere, a place where we don't find the need to struggle or be alert all the time.
ReplyDeleteSecurity in not just our minds, but where we live is vital in our everyday lives and I completely with you on that. If we can stop worrying as much about what can go wrong, it will help to calm us down and feel more peaceful.
ReplyDeleteMike, I do agree with you. I also think about happiness when the word peace comes to my mind. I also think that people who are happy also have more peace with themselves and with other people. I think that everyone wants peace, but no one does something to achieve it.
ReplyDeleteYou have very great points in where you explain the word "peace." When you brought up the word security, I have never seen someone use it. However, it is true because if you have security you have happiness and if you have happiness you will have peace. Peace is such a great thing to have and not something to take advantage of.
ReplyDeleteI love how you used security as a point in peace. I totally agree with what you have said, especially about having peace within ourselves.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you when you say that peace is something everyone wants to have. And I also like how you broke it up into sections, security, happiness and non- violence. Which is what I think of when I hear the word peace too.
ReplyDeleteits amazing how every time i try to define peace in my own words i can think of many ways to describe it, some can be good and some aren't so "happy". you described it in many interesting ways
